1．具备较强的自主学习能力和较强的观察、分析判断与信息处理能力；
1. Have strong self-learning ability and strong ability of observation, analysis, judgment and information processing;
2．具备综合运用语言及商务知识解决实际问题，以及管理与组织协调能力；
